I didn't grow up with it around and my mom would say it was pure fat. So I never ate it.

Cheeselovers have a hard time giving the stuff up. It's pure fat and oil! Instead, cook the stuff breaded and sprinkle parmesan on top. That's it.

NPR said that babies who don't sleep regularly have trouble with their weight. Basically if you don't sleep enough, it effects your hormones (or something like that) and your brain has trouble regulating your weight. So it's definitely important to get your sleep.

Also, don't pay so much attention to your weight in pounds, esp if you're considering lifting weights. You're bound to gain some muscle.

Instead, take measurements of your body. That's a better gauge, no? Your natural waist, your bust, your hips (5" below your natural waist).

1.8 lbs is nothing! A potato chip!Kittyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13260829805068114560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5260439341216864596.post-56744364303802526862008-09-16T09:10:00.000-04:002008-09-16T09:10:00.000-04:00Sometimes one needs a little jolt like this to get...Sometimes one needs a little jolt like this to get 'back on the wagon'. We got ours this week, one of us is down 8 lbs, I've been working on it for about 2 to 3 weeks and I'm still down 4-1/2 lbs. I have no doubt you will meet your goal. Remember the rotation diet we were on?
