I didn't do so hot with my diet this week...

so of course I am dreading going to my WW meeting tomorrow morning. Last weekend's birthday celebration complete with chocolate cake, paled by comparison with this weeks food consumption. All week long I just felt hungry all the time. My chocolate cravings were ridiculous and I only exercised twice. By yesterday I was so depressed with my lack of willpower and motivation I felt like a total loser. I guess I needed to hit bottom before I could begin the good fight yet again. Yes, I am still dreading getting weighed tomorrow, but I am completely ready.

ups and downs they come with any good fight - but each time we get a wee bit closer to our ultimate goal - so never give up!

There are so many downs with dieting - too bad more of those downs don't happen to the scale. Happy Va;entine's Day!

I hate to see your beat yourself up this way. Your commitment has far outweighed days when chocolate won out. As Scarlett O'Hara said: "Tomorrow is another day!"

Now, just put the failures of yesterday behind you and make a new start on your diet today, and to lose weight you really must exercise a little, go for a walk around your block its pleasant and it will help, drink more water too and eat lots of vegetables with your meals.
Every thing in moderation allow yourself a tiny amount of chocolate now and again, but be restrictive with yourself.
Good luck, I have managed to get rid of 10 kgs and kept them off for 3 years so if I can do it so can you!!!

like the quote. I've been trying to lose (keyword trying) 5 lbs. before i go on vaca (now in less than 2 wks) because i know i will gain that much. never been to an all inclusive and don't trush myself one bit.
