what book are you?

Remember Clutterquake from yesterday? well, she has another blog I love called Writerquake where she posted this neat quiz. It's only a few questions and it's fun.

Here are my results and funnily when I read them I didn't know what to think other than they must have meant fairies, not ferries! I may be lonely at times but at least I have a sense of humor.
If you take the quiz, please let me know what book you are.

You're Siddhartha!

by Hermann Hesse

You simply don't know what to believe, but you're willing to try
anything once. Western values, Eastern values, hedonism and minimalism, you've spent
some time in every camp. But you still don't have any idea what camp you belong in.
This makes you an individualist of the highest order, but also really lonely. It's
time to chill out under a tree. And realize that at least you believe in
ferries.

Lily,
I'm sure that is a typo and they did mean fairies! You the Book is quite an interesting read! Siddhartha is one of my favorite books but I can tell from the description that I wouldn't be that book. I admire and envy you for turning out to be this book, though.

Don't you wish that MuseSwings had copied over what it said for Cat's Cradle? Because this quiz actually does seem to "get" at least parts of the person taking the test, it's hard to think of trying to duplicate another's test - so we are left wondering what it said. That's why I asked Pixies to print his for Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, which he did in him comments at my blog this a.m.
Again, we have Inside Candy to thank for this quiz; she's new in my blogroll and very interesting!

Thanks for cluing me into Inside Candy Lydia. I'll have to stop over there & check her site out.

I think the description is very true of me at this time in my life, in some ways.
I definitely have some core beliefs that I can't imagine leaving me, but I definitely think I need some time to chill out under a tree.

OK, Museswings, now I'm curious! Please do tell.

Mine is:

You're The Poisonwood Bible!
by Barbara Kingsolver
Deeply rooted in a religious background, you have since become both isolated and schizophrenic. You were naively sure that your actions would help people, but of course they were resistant to your message and ultimately disaster ensued. Since you can see so many sides of the same issue, you are both wise beyond your years and tied to worthless perspectives. If you were a type of waffle, it would be Belgian.
